Once the Voucher / E-mail has been delivered / sent to the customer, the company omits any responsibility for mistakes in scheduling.

Booking will be confirmed by credit card details (of one of the guests) for guarantee or payment of one night or more via deposit / bank transfer, Paypal or Pagseguro. Remaining nights must be paid at check-in.

In case of card supply payment will be at check-in. It may be pre-authorized and / or charged in case of late cancellation or no show.

For payment at check-in installment is accepted in own credit card issued in Brazil up to 06 times, without interest. (minimum installments of $ 100,00)

01 (one) child under 7 in the same apartment with 2 paying adults, we will offer courtesy. 2 (two) children or more will pay as an adult.

The complimentary child is accommodated in the same bed as the parents. Upon availability, the hotel will provide a bed, mattress or crib.

Following federal law, minors must always travel with personal documents and if unaccompanied they must present parental or guardian authorization. Permission must be presented at the hotel reception upon check-in;

The absence of personal documents makes it impossible to check in, but does not exempt the customer from the payment of no show.

We have luggage storage if you need it. There is no charge to use it.

Available at reception on loan: Iron, Ironing board, Sewing kit, Cutlery.

The standard energy used in our hotel is 110V / 60Hz. Eventually some apartments have 220V sockets, but these will be identified.

Smoking is not allowed in apartments and other hotel environments. We apply a fee for cleaning the apartment if traces or cigarette odor are observed;

Visits will be allowed only in the public areas of the hotel, after corresponding identification at reception;

Daily does not include OPTIONAL payment fees: Tourism (R $ 2,75 per day per person) and Service Fee (10% or at guest's discretion).

Not knowing these rules does not exempt you from liability for any problems that may occur.


The deadline for cancellation and / or reservation changes, only 7 days prior to check-in (arrival) for reservations confirmed directly with the hotel reservation department.

Late cancellations in low season will have daily 1 fine. On holidays or high season will be charged the total of the booked daily rates of all booked apartments.

Requests for cancellations within the deadline with payment made, will have partial refund, deducting administrative costs of 20% over the amount of the advance. In case of late cancellations the full amount of the advance will be retained.

Bookings made after the cancellation deadline are not cancellable.

Any change of booking must be requested within the deadline for the period after the deadline, no changes will be accepted without submission of medical certificates preventing travel or death in the family of 1 grade.

Bookings confirmed through group purchases cannot be canceled. May change when requested new date at least 7 days in advance of check-in. Reservations confirmed by online channels or agencies in general must be canceled or changed directly on the channel in question.


The deadline for cancellation of group bookings, Rooming List submission and daily payment completion is 30 days before check-in for low season and for high season this time is 45 days before check-in. In case of cancellations after the above mentioned deadlines, the total amount of advance will be retained.

Requests for cancellations on time with payment will be subject to 20% administrative cost discount on the advance.

The periods of high, low and holidays are the same as those considered for private bookings (mentioned above).

The advantages offered abaixo are valid for bookings made from 01 / 07 / 2019 to 20 / 12 / 2019. Not valid for bookings made before the effective date of this term.

1 (one) arrival transfer, by reservation, from Foz do Iguaçu International Airport to the Hotel. Valid for up to 4 persons (children, regardless of age), for reservations with a minimum of 3 nights. Flight information must be sent to the reservations department within 7 days prior to check-in date, otherwise they will not be offered.

1 (a) Round trip transportation to Paraguay for shopping tour. Valid for bookings with at least 4 nights. According to availability of hours offered by the agency. * Not valid for group bookings. (Groups are considered from 8 apartments or from 15 people)

1 (one) roundtrip transportation to Argentina's Duty Free Shop, subject to agency opening times.

Early Check-in, subject to hotel availability for check-in from 06h00. Arrival prior to this time there are costs, check directly with the reception staff upon arrival.

The promotions are not cumulative, and the customer may choose from one of them for use, as each condition.

Amenities cannot be changed.. Not using them does not generate credit or refund of any amount paid for the daily rates.

The promotion is not valid for group bookings.

Tarobá Hotel reserves the right at any time to terminate the promotion, as well as to change the Terms and Conditions, without prior notice, respecting the reservations already made through the promotion.


For Brazilians: To cross Argentina Customs you must be holding Original Identity (RG) with a shipping term of up to 10 years, National Driver's License (CNH) or Passport with current date. Birth certificates and professional identity (CRM, OAB, CREA, etc.) are not accepted. National Driver's License (CNH) is valid only 35 km away from Argentina Customs.

For children under 18, in addition to one of the above documents, if traveling unaccompanied, parental consent is also required from a specialized forum with the signature of a judge. If you are accompanied by only one parent, permission from the other parent is required. (Indispensable presentation of such documents to pass Customs Argentina).

For foreigners: valid passport and entry visa for each country, according to nationality.

It is not the responsibility of the Hotel to verify the documents mentioned above.
